MHF (UK) Ltd regularly has Scania hook loaders in its yard available for sale and for hire. In particular, we find that vehicles from the P series, G series and R series are popular with waste management customers.
The main difference between the three series relates to cab height. The R-series has a high forward control cab, the G-series features a medium forward control cab and P-series vehicles have a low forward control cab and crew cab.
Available with engines ranging from the 9 litre I5 to the 15 litre V8, Scania hook loader trucks have been improved over time. EURO VI compliant engines have been available since 2013. These meet strict emissions regulations and feature aerodynamic improvements to further reduce fuel consumption.
